What does it cost?

We know every event is different. So our pricing is flexible and depends on factors like whether we connect to your merchant facility, if you are a not-for-profit and whether you need onsite support. We charge a small booking fee that is usually paid by the ticket buyer. You can absorb some or all if you prefer.

When do I receive the funds?

Generally we transfer funds from the ticket sales after the event. In some circumstances, we can provide access to your funds prior to your event.

What sort of events do you cater for?

All types of events! From small 10-person art classes to huge 30,000-person festivals like the Woodford Folk Festival. We have flexible packages and pricing to meet your needs.

Do you offer support?

Absolutely. Please visit our detailed help area, or get in touch for email and phone support. Larger events have a dedicated point of contact. We can also provide onsite support at your event to scan tickets and/or manage entry.

Is your website safe?

We take security very seriously. We use encrypted pages when collecting personal information and passing credit card information to our bank. Also, we do not store any credit card information in our database.
